At HSG Medical, Kage will be actively involved in investment oversight and financial structuring of new outpatient medical developments and acquisitions in partnership with Capital Healthcare Properties.

At Hubbard Street Group, Kage strategizes new investment and development activities, while overseeing the financial structuring of the company’s portfolio. Kage is actively involved in the financial analysis, project design, entitlement process, construction management, leasing strategy and asset management. He has been involved in over $1 billion of residential and commercial real estate transactions across the Chicagoland area and Phoenix MSA.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Kage was an analyst in the investment banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Kage holds a BA Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kage is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Kage lives in Chicago with his wife, Jess, and his three children.
