Jay is CHP’s client relationship, business development and leasing lead. His responsibilities include growing relationships with healthcare systems and physician groups, identifying new development and acquisition opportunities, marketing and managing leasing activity.

Jay spent the first eight years of his career advising multiple mid-cap public and private companies on their real estate strategy at JLL, providing him a unique perspective on how to create deal structures that benefit both tenant and landlord. Most recently, Jay was with a real estate private equity firm focused on healthcare development.

Jay lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife, Cassie, and daughters.

Jay received a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was a member of the University’s rowing team.
