Jack is CHP’s investment and underwriting lead, and co-lead on acquisition, repositioning and development processes. His responsibilities include managing and implementing CHP’s investment strategies, lead underwriting for all new projects, managing transactions, including acquisitions, closing debt and executing sales, and overall project management.

Most recently, Jack was with a real estate private equity firm focused on healthcare development, where he executed and managed the development process of outpatient medical facilities, including underwriting, financing, planning, budgeting and overall project management. Jack began his career working at JLL in their Capital Markets Group, where he developed a diverse real estate background working on behalf of both institutional and private investors on net lease investment sales, corporate finance activities, sale-leasebacks, lease monetizations, build-to-suit structuring, and synthetic lease transactions. In that role, Jack was involved in the underwriting and execution of transactions valued in excess of $2.0 billion located across North America.

Jack lives in the northwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife, Mallory, and twin son and daughter.

Jack received a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
